Our offering to our people to enjoy this beautiful space and food we create daily. We do hope you’ll join us from 11a-2p or sellout every Friday. Every Friday will be a brand new menu, always with a Rice Bowl, Samwich, Really Good Salad, Cozy Soup, Sweet Things, and other specials like nourishing broths and teas. Our cafe is a sweet and cozy place. We cook from scratch, laugh with our guests, and remember we’re all human navigating big ol’ lives! Come let us feed you some vegetables!

We continue to add 20% service charge to every final bill so that we can pay our staff a little better than usual.

Nourished Folks is a small and cozy space where most things are made from scratch and with a whole lotta love. We love feeding you and want you to feel good in here, just like a good and open home. There are some staples on the menu, but we’re always dreaming up ways to make creative and delicious dishes, so be on the lookout for specials. Expect vegetable heavy comfort food and tons of happy flavor.

Just a Few Rules

+ custom menus must be finalized two weeks prior to the event
+ a $150 deposit is required for all rentals
+ we are not responsible for food allergen accommodation if they are not agreed upon in menu finalization
+ extra hours (in 30 min increments) begin as soon as your allotted rental time ends
